It's my belief spirits in any form are all energy based and more commonly picked up by the microsecond (short burst of energy) picked up on a camera (especially digital) and rarely but sometimes by the naked eye. This is not always the case and this next story is a good example and a heart felt story also.
A women on my tour told me her brother and father-in-law were visiting a civil war cemetery in the Gettysburg area. Her brother is a professional photographer and was taking photos in every direction. Her father-in-law on the other hand took the opportunity to say thank you over one of the graves close by. The civil war was Americas most brutal, not only in the number of deaths but given the archaic medical practices and lack of medicine, very long and painful deaths. He was thanking one particular soldier for all he'd done and the sacrifices he'd made when the the brother started shooting pictures in his direction. She said her brother was stunned to see the father-in-law surrounded by a fog. He actually put his camera down, looked carefully all around and looked back and that fog was still surrounding just the father-in-law. He picked his camera back up and a copy of that picture is hopefully being emailed to me.
I guess a sincere thank you is always appreciated, more than we ever realized.
