A women on my tour said her sister and husband had rented an old house on the edge of town out in the middle of nowhere in Georgia. One day the sister was taking a shower and she heard a bunch of kids laughing. She's in the middle of a shower, her husband is gone to work and it really unnerved her. She gets out, gets on a bathrobe and searches the house and looks out all the windows. Nothing. She gets back in the shower and she hears them again. No mistaking it this time, she's really paying attention. This time she gets out, not done, gets dressed and makes a through search around the house, nothing. She must have been a little astute to this kind of thing because she immediately gets in her car and drives into town and starts asking questions about the house. Turns out a group of teenage boys were out for a joy ride in their car one day, didn't make the corner and ran into the side of the house and were all killed.
I asked if she knew what time of the day the accident happened, she didn't. When I first started doing the tours I didn't ask a lot of questions because frankly, I didn't believe any of it. Now I want as much information as I can get. It will definitely give you clues on what's causing a haunting.
She did say her brother-in-law was a part-time musician and at night they usually had a house full of people so if it happened at night too they probably wouldn't have heard it.
They didn't move.
